To others, This humble little shack is the Mecca for BBQ. Family-owned and super-casual, this is the kind of place where it's best to forget the fork and knife and eat the big slabs of ribs or pulled pork with your fingers. Owner Peter Cucchiara puts a lot of effort into his meats, but his care shows, too, in a great baked beans and other side dishes.His wife adds Asian-style cole slaw with a vinegary note that cuts through sweetness of the barbecue sauce. It's summer dining at its apex.
